Hi, I’m Lauren.
I was born and raised in British Columbia, Canada. My counselling experience is a bit eclectic, having both experience working within BC school districts and more traditional clinical settings. I began my career working as a classroom educator turned school counsellor, supporting the social and emotional well-being of children aged 5-13. Later on, I gained clinical experience, working with children, youth, and adults with a variety of strengths and abilities in both group and individual settings. I consider myself a curious observer, constantly humbled by the amazing individuals I have had the fortune of meeting along the way.
